Located in central Kings Cross, the twin 16 storey student accommodation blocks, owned and managed by Greystar Europe, required urgent fire safety remedial work to the existing unitised curtain walling system installed on both towers. Century Facades Ltd was appointed in the capacity of principal contractor to deliver the replacement of over 5,000 cladding panels, also including a complete access and logistics package. The project was delivered from commencement to practical completion within 6 months. This project represented repeat business for Century Facades with client, Greystar.
