Century Facades pre contract department provides the front end estimating service. This can be anything from early stage budget cost advice, through to development of a full tender bid proposal, complete with cost breakdown. This enables the client to accurately assess what has been offered. All Century bids start life with creation of a 3D model, which allows our team to fully understand building geometry, measure all façade components, and identify façade interfaces. It also and provides clarity to the client in respect of what has been offered. This is of particular importance in final stage negotiations, allows all stakeholders to understand the exact detail of the offer, avoiding unnecessary and disruptive disputes during the construction phase. Century has always placed a high value on supply chain relationships, and as such, the pre contract team works closely with key suppliers throughout the estimating process.
