Lewisham Exchange provides 758 student rooms and 67 affordable homes over 35 and 20 storeys in the heart of Lewisham town centre. A fantastic addition to the regeneration of the area. The towers are connected at the lower levels providing an entrance to the Bakerloo line extension, as well as commercial and retail space. Century delivered a package including the entire brick façade utilising a brick slip system - incorporating real bricks. This created a rustic appearance satisfying the requirements of the planning authority. The façade package also included aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and architectural metalwork. Lewisham Exchange represents another high-rise modular build delivered by the Century Facades team.
