This major brown field regeneration project has delivered a thriving and dynamic mixed tenure neighbourhood within an historic riverside setting. The scheme will provide over 1,000 new homes as well as commercial, retail, leisure and community spaces. Work spaces and cafés will line the dock where a 100-year old Edwardian pump house still operates, while a tree-lined square will act as a focal point for the community. Century were delighted to work with Vistry Partnerships on this award winning scheme, delivering the specialised architectural feature metalwork package.
