Enclave comprises 817 co-living apartments and 120 affordable residential units over two towers of 35 and 49 storeys. Standing at 163m, Enclave is the world’s tallest modular building. Located alongside its neighbour, Ten Degrees George Street (another Century project), College Road forms a gateway to an emerging vibrant cultural quarter. Located within easy reach of East Croydon station, Enclave provides exclusive residential accommodation along with shared amenity spaces, gym, show kitchens, conference facilities and the superb sky garden. Century delivered a combined façade package designed by HTA architects including large format high glazed terracotta, metal cladding, plus windows and curtain walling. Enclave Croydon represents another high-rise modular build delivered by the Century Facades team.
