Tide Developments utilised modern methods of construction for this HTA designed mixed use Leisure and student accommodation scheme located in Wembley, with the building formed from prefabricated volumetric modular units manufactured off-site by Vision Modular Systems Ltd. Century Facades installed windows off-site, as well as carrying out the complete design, supply and installation of the integrated façade package including GRC, metal and terracotta rainscreens, perforated panels and aluminium feature fins.
